1. Introduction
The Edentify Foundation (EF) is a non-profit association operating in the public interest, with its headquarters located in Harju county, Tallinn. EF promotes the adoption of open-source solutions across various sectors, empowering individuals and businesses to leverage the power of collaboration and innovation. Additionally, EF conducts multidisciplinary research in the ICT domain and aims to raise education and awareness of impactful research projects through dissemination and communication activities, including workshops, webinars, and training programs.
This Gender Equality Policy (GEP) reflects Edentify Foundation’s commitment to fostering a gender-inclusive environment that promotes diversity and equality across all aspects of our organization. This formal document, signed by the top management, outlines our dedication to eliminating gender biases and ensuring equal opportunities for all individuals associated with EF.
2. Dedicated Resources
Edentify Foundation recognizes that achieving gender equality requires concerted efforts from the organization. To support this goal, EF commits to allocating dedicated human resources and gender expertise to implement the Gender Equality Policy effectively.
